How to manage iPads in class

I can't control students' iPads from the Apple Classroom app

Make sure you have Wifi and Bluetooth enabled on the iPad.

Make sure you have "Prepare Classroom App" enabled at the top of Mosyle.
I have students who appear "offline"

Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on the students' iPad.

Turn off the student's iPad Wifi, wait 5 seconds, and re-enable it.

Verify that students have Mosyle enabled, for this, follow this steps:

From the student's home screen, slide to the left or swipe from the top edge of the screen to go to Search.

Type Mosyle and press the icon that appears in the results with the name "Manager", it doesn't matter if more than one comes out.

If a home screen appears with the "Sign in" button, look up the student code here and enter it. Click on "Sign in".

I'm out of Mosyle app (Teacher)

On the Mosyle home screen, enter the corresponding code and click "Sign in". Search for your code here.
